Verify the pasteurisation of dairy products with the ZymoSnap®
ATP test

ZymoSnap® is a test developed to verify the performance of pasteurisation of dairy products. ZymoSnap® uses an alkaline phosphatase measurement that has become a standard. The method is fast, with a result in about 5 minutes. ZymoSnap® enables the use of the EnSURE Touch luminometer, which is widely used in dairies, not only for hygiene measurements, but also for pasteurisation verification, so no separate equipment is required.
