Hygiena PRO-Clean®
The quick test is really easy to use and reliable. It is suitable as a protein residue test for the detection of raw material and product residues as well as human dirt on equipment and contact surfaces. Hygiena PRO-Clean® is used in the food industry and large kitchens as well as in spas, educational institutions and care facilities. It delivers a fast cleaning result, allowing for example re-cleaning before the surface or equipment is put back into service. This is not possible with contact strips, dishes or traditional swabs! Hygiena PRO-Clean® is very economical and has a very long shelf life at room temperature. Hygiena MediCheck™
Hygiena MediCheck™ is reliable and easy to use, developed for hospital instrument maintenance and for monitoring the pinch point of endoscopes, irrigation machines and various instruments. It detects protein residue on surfaces due to unsuccessful cleaning. It requires no equipment investment (a small thermoblock or incubator is sufficient), results are obtained quickly (30 min) and the detection limit of the test is very low (3 µg). This not only controls the operation of the purifications but also the risk of toxic nitrogen compounds being generated during autoclaving. Hygiena MediCheck™ is an affordable and very easy to use test for nursing homes, dental clinics, veterinary clinics and hospital instrumentation.
Hygiena SpotCheck PLUS
Hygiena SpotCheck Plus is a very quick and easy to use hygiene test for checking the surface cleanliness of kitchen and production areas. It is a yes/no rapid test that reacts to residues of reducing sugars in raw materials and products. And since the majority of food products contain reducing sugars (e.g. glucose, galactose and lactose), SpotCheck PLUS works very well in ensuring surface cleanliness. Typical sources of reducing sugars are milk, meat, fish, cereals, vegetables, berries and fruit. No measuring device or even an incubator is required to use the test, making it really easy to use. You can get a test result in a minute, so it’s very fast – and very affordable too!
