Fast and comprehensive nutrient surveys
Through our accredited* laboratory and skilled subcontracting chain, you can get all the tests you need. The scope of the nutritional content is always based on the requirements of the food law and can be supplemented with studies according to customer needs. These include, for example, various vitamin, mineral and trace element studies.
A basic nutrient intake survey includes the surveys described below:
- energy, fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, sugars, protein, salt and fibre (as appropriate)
For the nutrition declaration required on the labelling, Net-Foodlab Oy can also calculate the nutrition labelling based on the recipe and raw material data. Our experienced quality team will always choose the most suitable and efficient approach.
