GlutenTox® Sticks Plus -rapid gluten test for liquids

An easy-to-use and accurate lateral flow gluten residue test for liquid samples, such as beer, based on next-generation G12 antibody technology. The G12 antibody specifically recognizes the immunotoxic 33-mer peptide of the α-gliadin protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and most oat varieties. This peptide is known to trigger the immune response associated with coeliac disease.
With an adjustable detection threshold ranging from 3 to 100 ppm, the test enables flexible gluten detection while supporting compliance with the 20 ppm limit established by legislation for gluten-free products.
