  • Client A had a strong product and offered to manufacture a private label version for an interested retail chain B. Retailer B was very interested, but required Client A to implement either a BRCGS Food or IFS Food management system. Doing this in house would likely have meant up to two years worth of work, hiring extra resources and in practice, missing the commercial opportunity.
