
AlerTox® Sticks is a tool for the food industry and large kitchens. It helps to ensure that there are no residues on production surfaces, rinse water, raw materials* or products* that can cause allergic reactions. AlerTox® Sticks are suitable for both quality management and production use and meet the requirements of HACCP, BRCGS Food, FSSC 22000 and IFS Food standards for routine allergen residue monitoring.

AlerTox® Sticks are available for the following allergens: hazelnut, peanut, egg, milk (total, casein or β-lactoglobulin), almond, fish, walnut, mustard seed, shellfish, sesame seed and soy.
