It is suitable as a protein residue test for the detection of raw material and product residues as well as human dirt on equipment and contact surfaces. Hygiena PRO-Clean® is used in the food industry and commercial kitchens as well as in spas, educational institutions and care facilities. It delivers a fast cleaning result, allowing for example re-cleaning before the surface or equipment is put back into service. This is not possible with contact strips, dishes or traditional swabs! Hygiena PRO-Clean® is very economical and has a very long shelf life at room temperature.
