This training provides a comprehensive overview of Food Defence -requirements outlined in major food safety standards, including BRCGS Food Issue 9, FSSC 22000 v6, and IFS Food v8. Participants will gain an understanding of the different forms of intentional food sabotage, potential threats, and the best practices for mitigating risks in the food industry. The training also covers threat assessment models (TACCP) and practical tools that can be integrated into a company’s Food Defence risk management strategy.
