Terms & Conditions – Training Registration and Payment

1. Data storage and processing

The personal information provided during registration (name, company, email, billing details) will be stored for the purpose of organizing the raining and marketing.

The data will only be used for managing registrations, invoicing, marketing and communication related to the training.
The data will not be shared with third parties, except with the payment service provider (PayPal) for payment processing.
The data will only be stored for ad long as necessary to fulfill the training and legal obligations.

2. Payment terms

The participation fee is paid upon registration via bank transfer.
The registration is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

3. Cancellation policy

Participation can be cancelled free of charge 14 days before the training.
If the cancellation has been made less than 14 days before the training, the participation fee will not be refunded.
In case of unforseen circumstances, another person form the same organization may attend in place of the registered participant at no additional cost. The replacement must be notified to the organizer by email.

4. Organizer’s right to reschedule or cancel

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training in case of force majeure or other compelling reasons
Any changes will be communicated immediately to all registered participants
If the training is cancelled by the organizer, the participation fee will be fully refunded. The organizer is not responsible for any indirect costs incurred by the participant in the event of rescheduling or cancellation of the training
